 MORGRIP
Morgrip is a mechanical pipe connector used to replace the need for welding of topside and subsea pipes in oil and gas, and petrochemical applications. The product have been proven for permanent usage over almost 20 years of leak-free service history and can be used for all sizes and pressure ratings of metal pipes, in critical and non-critical service.
The design emphasis is placed upon producing a connection, which is equivalent in strength and sealing performance to that of a welded joint, and can be reliably achieved without hotwork and far more safely, simply and quickly than a welded joint.
The product has full type approval of DNV and Lloyds register and carries the API monogram.
Morgrip is available in a variety of formats, including standard flange termination, and the unique pipe-to-pipe direct coupling connector. All formats suit specific applications, whether for use on carbon steel, stainless steel or duplex pipes.
