MENCK HYDRAULIC HAMMERS MENCK

Since 1868 MENCK has been providing foundations to the onshore industry and has been focusing on anchor and mooring points for the offshore industry for over 35 years.

MENCK driven pile solutions for jackets:

MENCK is the pushing piling technology forward. Modern jacket design was greatly influenced by MENCK's piling capability. Today we provide:

- the most reliable technology in any water depth

- the highest technical and economical efficiency for O&G projects

- offshore O&G project experience for over 35 years backed by 135 years of piling experience

- close cooperation with operators and contractors to further innovate and improve piling technology

Shallow water application of MENCK equipment typically involves anchoring jackets and installing conductor piles. As MENCK's hydraulic piling equipment can be used both above and under water. MENCK's equipment is not limited to one particular type of jacket but can be used for either leg piles or skirt piles without requiring additional accessories such as followers.
MENCK driven pile solutions for deepwater anchor points:

MENCK's unique patented deepwater piling system provides:

- the most reliable technology in any water depth

- more than 15 years experience in deepwater

- more than 25 successfully completed projects in water depth up to 1,500 m (5,000 ft)

- current availability for 2,500 m (8,500 ft), soon for 3,000 m (10,000 ft)

Deepwater driven pile solutions are the most reliable and most easy to use anchor points. They allow easier positioning than drag anchors and are less sensitive to varying soil conditions than suction piles or plate anchors. They provide solid foundations for any kind of subsea architecture, e.g. mono-piles for subsea manifolds and foundation piles for subsea templates. They can be used as riser foundations, pipeline termination piles or anchor points.
EQUIPMENT

MENCK pile driving technology is leading the onshore and offshore construction business worldwide.

Our hammers, power packs and monitoring systems work together perfectly in alignment with our solution orientated MENCK success philosophy.

MENCK Hydraulic Hammers are available in different set-ups purpose built for your application. They operate above water and under water, on inclined and straight piles, from the smallest piles to the largest with literally no limitations.

MENCK's Deepwater Pile Driving System combines MENCK’s MHU hammer technology with MENCK’s patented submersible power pack technology (MUP). The MHU-MUP system is currently set-up to drive piles in 2,500 m (8,500 ft) of water depth.

MENCK's MHP surface power pack design is fully modular allowing several different
configurations: Diesel or electric motors; air or water cooled; with or without
compressor. MENCK MHU power packs are containerized to reduce shipping cost.

MENCK's control system MHC has a user friendly human-device-interface based on
latest Windows® technology. It facilitates MENCK’s famous close-loop energy control
system and integrates data devices mounted to the hammer allowing the control
system to identify the equipment that is hooked-up.
